This includes review of specifications, suppliers, origin and the knowledge of potential risks, see e.g. the Rapid Alert System or USP Food Fraud.
Second piece of a comprehensive quality control is of course your company.
We assist you in questions of HACCP, conduct corresponding inspections and give you a hand in installing a factory lab. Because of our analytical know-how we are especially capable of controlling your lab facilities by giving advice for necessary equipment, analysis methods and required quality control measures. Staff can be trained on site or in our laboratory.
From our experience it is especially important to verify existing procedures. This will improve the quality of your results and increase efficiency of the laboratory.
Your quality may be approved with our certification mark or corresponding health certificates.
