For the judgement of fruit juices a sensory analysis is crucial in the first step, because in the end what counts is taste!
Under sensory analysis one understands the scientific approach to the use of human senses for testing and measurement purposes.
Your samples are tested by trained staff, active in the evaluation and awarding of fruit juices for years. Among them there are two experts certified by the German Agriculture Society (DLG).
Sensory analysis involves testing for colour/appearance, aroma and flavour. Also scaled evaluation sheet such as DLG or IFU (International Federation of Fruit Juice Producers) are being used frequently.
Through our experience of many years and our diverse staff we are furthermore in the position to help you with according problems such as off-flavours. Because knowing the cause for off odours is crucial to maintain the quality of your products.
